Opportunity Conference FREE on Oct 17th
Once again, under the leadership of Secretary Elaine L. Chao, the U.S. Department of Labor will host an Opportunity Conference focused on economic opportunities for the Asian Pacific, Hispanic, and African American communities. The 2006 Opportunity Conference will be held Tuesday, October 17 in Philadelphia.
Celebrating the contributions of the nation's diverse communities, the Opportunity Conference will emphasize key components of economic development, small business development, and working with federal, state, and local governments. Tentative workshop topics will include:
